Are you an experienced Technician seeking a new opportunity within a reputable dealership? We are currently recruiting for a skilled Technician on behalf of our client, a well-established Main Dealer located in Norwich, Norfolk. This is an excellent chance to join a busy, well-run dealership that values its staff and offers long-term career progression.

  • OTE of up to £38,000 with excellent performance bonuses
  • Work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with every fourth Saturday morning, paid at time and a half.

Duties of the Technician role:
  • Carry out vehicle maintenance and repairs to manufacturer's standards
  • Conduct MOT Tests where qualified
  • Diagnose complex faults efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure all work is completed within specified timeframes
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality work
Requirements as a Vehicle Technician role:
  • A recognised qualification as a Master Technician or Technician
  • MOT Tester certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
  • Previous experience working in a busy Main Dealership environment
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
