Our client a well-established main dealer in Christchurch, Dorset, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll act as the vital link between our customers and our workshop, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break; 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
Salary up to £30,000 DOE plus a realistic OTE of £5,000, with potential for higher earnings based on department turnover (OTE up to approximately £35,000)

What You’ll Need:
Strong customer service skills and a professional manner
Willingness to learn about the automotive industry
Good communication and organisational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Trainee applicants with a background in customer service are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Administrator is a plus but not essential.
Other Requirements:
Full UK driving license
