  • Location: Oswestry
  • Salary: Circa £36,000 basic (DOE) | OTE £40,000
  • Hours: Monday–Friday between 8:30am–5:00pm
  • Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays (rising to 23 after 5 years, 24 after 10)
Our client, a well-established accident repair centre in the Oswestry area, is looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop Painter to join their busy and professional team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled painter to join a modern, well-equipped bodyshop offering strong earning potential, consistent workflow, and ongoing development.

They are ideally seeking someone confident working to high cosmetic standards with the ability to handle a range of repair and refinishing work.

Key Responsibilities as a Bodyshop Painter:
  • Prepare vehicles ready for paint application
  • Carry out high-quality paint spraying and refinishing
  • Mix and match paint colours accurately
  • Complete work in line with manufacturer and company standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets
  • Liaise with workshop colleagues to ensure smooth job flow
Requirements about the Bodyshop Painter role
  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Painter within an accident repair environment
  • Strong paint preparation and application skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and finish quality
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiar with modern spray booth equipment and paint systems
  • Reliable, motivated, and quality-focused
