What you’ll do as a Sales Administrator:
Handle finance payout requests quickly and accurately
Build relationships with customers, dealers, and lenders to keep things flowing
Make sure all paperwork meets industry rules and standards
Help the sales team with finance applications and documentation
Maintain good communication with lenders and third-party dealerships
Keep track of all paperwork and follow up to get payouts processed on time
Provide top-notch service to customers during every step
Sort out any issues or discrepancies that come up during payouts
Ideally, you’ll have:
Previous experience in finance admin, motor trade finance, or customer support
A good understanding of how car sales and finance work
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and lenders
The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
Some knowledge of FCA rules is a bonus
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
Great relationship-building skills with clients and partners
