  • NEW/USED CAR SALES MANAGER - EAST BRISTOL
  • SALARY: Up to £40,000 basic salary with £60,000+ uncapped annual earnings. 
  • HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm, Saturdays 8:30am-5:00pm with one-hour lunch break and a day off in the week. Alternate Sundays are 10:00am-4:00pm.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a New/Used Car Sales Manager at our client's franchise-approved car dealership in East Bristol.

Reporting to the General Manager and responsible for a dedicated team of 6 New/Used Car Sales Executives, your key job objectives will include:
 
  • Achieving and striving to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team.
  • Working with the senior management team to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance and accessory sales.
  • Maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers.
  • Helping my client to achieve standards of process efficiency and cost control.
 
The role requires an individual with a stable and successful management-oriented background within a franchise-approved automotive dealership. Used car sales management experience with a full understanding of FCA compliance and finance product regulations would be mandatory. You will need to be motivated/self-driven, adaptable, and have total drive and ambition. You will become the role model for our client's brand, where the ability to lead by example will be as important as the results you deliver. Delighting customers is what sets our client apart, and being prepared to lead from the front is a key requirement. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.

  • Starting basic salary of £40,000 + per annum pending experience and current earnings.
