Senior LCV Technician / Workshop Controller – Leicester
  • £19.00 per hour (£39,000)
  • Rotating Shifts: 06:00–14:30 / 13:30–22:00  
  • Alternate Saturdays 08:00–12:00 (Overtime Paid)
Are you an experienced LCV Technician ready to step into a supervisory role? A well-established Leicester commercial dealership is seeking a proactive LCV Technician Supervisor to lead from the front, ensuring high standards of workmanship, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The Senior LCV Technician / Workshop Controller role:
  • Lead and supervise a team of LCV Technicians
  • Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on light commercial vehicles
  • Monitor quality control and ensure H&S compliance
  • Plan workloads with Workshop Control and management
  • Mentor and develop junior technicians
What we’re looking for:
  • Level 3 qualified LCV Technician (or equivalent)
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Previous leadership experience or ambition to step up
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced workshop environment
