Vehicle Parts Advisor / Oxford 
  • Salary: Up to £30,241 basic salary plus performance-related bonuses, providing annual on-target earnings around £36,550. 
  • Hours: Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis.

Our client, a multi-award-winning car dealer group with sites nationwide, requires an experienced and professional Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their site in Oxford.

Reporting to the Parts Manager and working as part of a friendly team, your responsibilities shall include:
  • Receive, unload, and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
  • Store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.
  • Respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
  • Pick and distribute parts for Vehicle Technicians, working closely with service reception and the car sales team to keep every job on schedule.
In order to be eligible, you will need to hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience, ideally working with dealership vehicle parts. Our client is also very interested in Advisors from a motor factor background. You will also need to be IT literate, given you will work daily with a dealer management system (Kerridge/CDK preferable) and electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic manner.
