Motorcycle Sales Executive Required
  • Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
  • Salary: £21,000 basic + uncapped OTE £45,000
  • Hours: Full-time, including 1-in-3 weekends
Our client is a reputable and dynamic motorcycle retailer with a strong passion for delivering exceptional service to motorcycle enthusiasts. Representing world-class brands; they pride themselves on providing first-class Sales, Repairs, Maintenance, and Customer Service.

As a Motorcycle Sales Executive, you will report directly to the Head of Business and play a key responsibility in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will guide customers through the full sales journey, ensuring awareness of finance options, accessories, and extended warranties, while helping the business achieve industry-leading customer care and sales performance.

Sales Executives from the car sales sector will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a first-class consultative sales experience
  • Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to handover
  • Promote motorcycles, accessories, finance, and warranty products.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across Honda and Triumph ranges
  • Ensure accurate completion of all sales documentation
  • Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements as a Motorcycle Sales Executive:
  • Previous sales or customer service experience (motorcycle experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Car Sales Executives encouraged to apply
  • Passion for motorcycles and the automotive industry
  • Target-driven with strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
