We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Master Technician on behalf of our client, a leading automotive dealership based in Brent Cross, North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians looking to work within a state-of-the-art facility and develop their career further.

Benefits of the Master Technician role:
  • Competitive basic salary of £47,000 to £53,000 per annum depending on experience
  • OTE of approximately £55,000 inclusive of bonuses

Duties of the Master Technician role:
  • Servicing and repairing specialist and highly desirable vehicles.
  • Working on German brands including Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and JLR as well as specialist vehicles.
  • Diagnosing complex vehicle systems with efficiency and accuracy
  • Conducting advanced repairs and servicing to manufacturer standards
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Maintaining high-quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements for the Master Technician role:
  • Proven experience as a Master Technician in a main dealer environment
  • Ideally with EV training and certification
  • Minimum of 10 years automotive servicing and repair experience
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical expertise
  • Full manufacturing training is essential
  • Ability to adapt to working on a diverse range of vehicles, predominantly between 2 and 5 years old.
