Duties of the Vehicle Technician role include:
  • Performing general vehicle maintenance and diagnostic work
  • Carrying out larger repairs such as cambelts and clutches on various makes and models
  • Conducting MOT testing - training provided if needed
  • Working on a diverse range of interesting vehicles
  • Contributing to a busy workshop environment, supporting the team with the full spectrum of automotive repairs
Requirements for the Vehicle Technician role:
  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair – ideal
  • Experience with vehicle diagnostics and major repairs
  • MOT Testers preferred but training can be provided
  • Full driving licence
  • Ability to work efficiently on a variety of car makes and models
  • Reliable and team-oriented approach to work
