As a Parts Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing parts sales and customer enquiries efficiently
  • Stock management and ordering to ensure availability of parts
  • Providing excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of transactions and parts inventory
  • Supporting the workshop and service departments with parts requirements
The requirements needed for the Parts Advisor role:
