Key duties of the Customer Service Advisor role:
  • Handling approximately 80 customer contacts daily via inbound and outbound channels, ensuring each enquiry receives attentive and professional service
  • Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and appointments to facilitate smooth customer journeys
  • Promoting value-added products and aftersales services to maximise sales and dealership profitability
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and attention to detail
  • Following up on enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and generating repeat and referral business
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling products, promotions, or services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Supporting the wider team with enthusiasm and a proactive approach in a dynamic environment
Candidate profile for the Customer Service Advisor role:
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or telesales environments (automotive experience is not essential)
  • Friendly, clear, and confident communicator over phone and email
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine commitment to delivering quality service
  • Well-organised, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
