Our client, a well-established Classic Car Independent Specialist based in Warwickshire, is looking for a skilled Classic Car Technician to join their passionate and dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician with a love for classic and vintage vehicles to work on restoration, maintenance, and repair projects of some of the most iconic cars in automotive history.

Key Responsibilities for the Classic Car Restoration Technician role:
  • Carry out mechanical, electrical, and trim work on a variety of classic and vintage vehicles.
  • Perform full and partial restorations, including engine and gearbox rebuilds.
  • Conduct diagnostic testing and fault finding on classic car systems.
  • Carry out servicing, repairs, and general maintenance while ensuring the highest levels of workmanship.
  • Maintain attention to detail and uphold the authenticity of classic vehicle components and engineering.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest industry standards, preserving originality and enhancing vehicle longevity.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience working on classic and vintage cars is highly beneficial.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, ideally with experience in restoration projects.
  • A passion for classic cars and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to fabricate and repair classic car components where necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on bespoke engineering challenges.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
