Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity within a dynamic team?

We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a reputable Fleet and leasing supplier in Hampshire, looking for a skilled Service Advisor to join their busy service fleet department. This position offers a great chance to contribute to a thriving business while enjoying excellent benefits and earning potential.

Benefits for the Service Advisor:
  • Competitive basic salary starting at £30,000 per annum, rising to £31,500 depending on experience
  • Quarterly bonuses available for extra earnings
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, with Fridays designated as dress down days
  • Flexible working hours, with Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm

Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Providing exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for service customers
  • Booking vehicles in for service and repairs, ensuring accurate details are recorded
  • Advising customers on necessary work and explaining technical issues in a clear manner
  • Upselling additional services and securing authorisation for further work
  • Managing the delivery of vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
  • Administering service department processes and assisting Drivers and Technicians as required
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a motor trade environment
  • Knowledge of fleet maintenance or similar fleet management experience is desirable
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Competent in using dealership management systems and Microsoft Office
