Bodyshop Service Advisor Vacancy in Andover 
  • Salary: Between £30-34,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience).
  • Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Our client, an automotive accident repair centre located in the Andover region, is currently looking to recruit an experienced and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager and working as part of a friendly team, as a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Welcoming customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Booking vehicles for accident/cosmetic body repairs.
  • Liaising with the Bodyshop Manager to keep track of the vehicles' progress and ensure the vehicle is ready at the promised time.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including establishing customers' onward travel arrangements, updating customers whilst their vehicle is in the workshop, handing over vehicles after repair work and maintaining ongoing relationships with your customers.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge and update your knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
  • Adopting a sales approach regarding the upsell of repairs required and relevant approved products
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
To be eligible for this position, you will need strong experience working in a similar customer service-oriented position in the automotive industry, preferably in a similar accident/body repair environment. Overall, you will be IT literate and have strong communication and organisational skills, as our clients are focused on giving great customer service to both their customers and work providers.

  • Starting salary between £30-34,000+ per annum pending experience and current earnings.
