ATA MET Technician – Hinckley
  • Basic: £56,160 
  • Monday to Friday
  • 45 hours per week
  • Overtime available at an enhanced rate
We are currently seeking a skilled ATA MET Technician to join a busy and well-established bodyshop in Hinckley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Strip & Fit Technician looking to work in a professional environment with consistent hours and strong earning potential. ATA accreditation is preferred, but experienced candidates without accreditation will also be considered.

What you’ll be doing as a MET Technician:
  • Carrying out strip and fit (MET) work on a variety of vehicles
  • Removing and refitting mechanical, electrical, and trim components
  • Identifying and reporting additional damage
  • Working efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Requirements that the MET Technician will need:
  • Previous experience as an MET Technician / Strip & Fit Technician
  • ATA accreditation preferred but not essential
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and quality workmanship
