Motorcycle Technician Required in Bournemouth Area

Are you a skilled and passionate motorcycle (or car) technician seeking a rewarding opportunity? Our client, a well-established motorcycle main dealer in  the Bournemouth area. If you pride yourself on your technical expertise and love working with motorcycles, this is an outstanding role that offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Benefits

Competitive salary £30,000 up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
OTE earnings reaching approximately £4,000 of bonus
Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off, from 9am to 6pm (5pm on Saturdays)
Full training provided for MOT qualification where needed

Duties

Servicing and repairing a wide range of motorcycles.
Conducting MOT inspections (training provided if qualified)
Diagnosing faults and performing necessary repairs
Ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Maintaining detailed service records

Candidate profile

Full motorcycle licence essential
IMI or MOT qualification preferred but not essential (training available)
Genuine passion for motorcycles and mechanic work
Proven experience as a motorcycle technician ideally
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and customer-focused approach
