Join our team as a Parts Advisor and become an essential part of a reputable automotive dealership based in Letchworth Garden City. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to thrive within a dynamic and customer-focused environment. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth parts operations, supporting workshops, and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Duties:
  • Liaise daily with external customers, workshop technicians, and sales teams to ensure parts availability and delivery deadlines are met
  • Manage and distribute parts orders from customers and internal departments
  • Respond promptly to internal and external parts enquiries, providing exceptional customer service
  • Deliver parts to the workshop and maintain accurate records of deliveries and stock movements
  • Prepare purchase orders, invoices, parts issue sheets, delivery notes, and all relevant documentation
  • Handle, protect, and package parts, inspecting incoming and outgoing stock to maintain quality standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry is essential
  • Knowledge of Peugeot vehicles would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
  • A UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
