Are you a skilled Commercial Vehicle Technician looking to advance your career? Our client, a well-established dealership in Plymouth, is seeking a talented Commercial Vehicle Technician to join their busy team.   • Competitive basic salary starting from £38,000, with potential earnings up to £46,000 for higher skilled candidates
  • Additional performance-based bonus earning between £6,000 and £8,000 annually

Your duties as an LCV Technician will include:
  • Diagnosing faults and performing necessary repairs on commercial vans
  • Conducting vehicle road tests to ensure quality standards
  • Handling parts correctly and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical advice
  • Contributing to team goals and maintaining workshop standards
Requirements that the LCV Technician will need:
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Vehicle Technician or similar positions 
  • Level 3 qualification or higher in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Strong diagnostic skills and a good understanding of commercial vehicle systems
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team
  • A proactive attitude and desire to develop skills further
  • Flexibility to adapt to workshop requirements
