- Proven experience as a mechanic or fleet technician with a strong understanding of vehicle systems
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent mechanical qualification or higher
- Full UK driving licence required
- Ability to fault-find accurately and solve problems effectively
- Comfortable working on tools and taking ownership of repair jobs
- Experience with commercial vehicles, trailers, or plant equipment is advantageous but not essential
