- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar senior sales management position within the motor trade
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- A highly organised approach with strong attention to detail
- A driven, positive attitude with a hands-on management style
