  • Hours: Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Aftersales Manager to take full responsibility for a busy and well-established Aftersales operation, based in Luton. 

As Aftersales Manager, you will oversee the daily running of the service and aftersales department, ensuring high levels of efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the service team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Driving department performance, productivity, and profitability
  • Managing workshop loading, utilisation, and operational efficiency
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and customer care
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturer representatives
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed in line with industry and regulatory standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an Aftersales or Service Management position within the motor trade
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service
  • Commercial awareness with a proven ability to achieve targets
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
Benefits:
  • £40,000 basic salary with OTE of £60,000
