My client in Newton Aycliffe, a locally renowned service centre, is looking for an MOT tester who can cover service work where required. We have made many successful and longtime placements with the group and this is a client we have worked with locally for years! If you have a valid MOT licence and are capable of mechanical jobs up to Level 2 or equivalent, this could be your next role.

The Successful MOT Tester/ Service Technician will - 
  • Perform MOT test to DVSA Standards
  • Repair and service vehicles.
  • Inspect for wear and tears/general faults.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform all other aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required, utilising the latest technology.
The MOT Tester/ Service Technician will have - 
  • A valid MOT Licence 
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent skill level 
  • The ability to complete jobs to high standards
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team 
  • A Full UK Driving Licence
The Successful MOT Tester/ Service Technician will receive - 
  • Up to c.£32,000 basic salary
  • OTE up to c.£38,000
  • 8:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday 
  • NO WEEKENDS
  • 22 Days Holiday
