  • Location: Ludlow
  • Salary: Up to £17.50 per hour + Time Saved Bonus
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (Flexible Working Hours)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Panel Beater to join a busy and well-established Accident Repair Centre in Ludlow.

This position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and is confident working on a wide range of vehicles. You’ll play a key position in restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards while working in a supportive and efficient bodyshop environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Panel Beater:
  • Carry out high-quality panel repairs on damaged vehicles
  • Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods
  • Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels
  • Realign chassis and bodywork to manufacturer standards
  • Use welding and panel beating techniques where required
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maximise bonus earnings
  • Ensure all work meets industry and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Requirements of the Panel Beater:
  • Level 3 qualification in Body/Vehicle Repair (essential)
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair/bodyshop environment
  • Strong knowledge of repair techniques and body alignment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and quality-focused approach
  • Motivated to work efficiently and maximise time saved bonus
  • Full UK driving licence
