Receptionist / Showroom Host – Burton
  • Basic: £9,913.80 (Pro Rata) | £12.71 per hour
  • 15 hours per week – 08:30 to 13:30 (Monday & Wednesday essential)
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and proactive individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Showroom Host. This is a key front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for all customers entering the dealership, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they arrive.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Greeting customers and delivering a warm, professional welcome
  • Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Supporting customers as they arrive and depart the dealership
  • Carrying out general administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming showroom and waiting area
  • Managing the refreshments area (stocking fridge, tea/coffee, etc.)
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc tasks as required
What we’re looking for:
  • Must be available to work Mondays and Wednesdays (non-negotiable)
  • Flexibility to work remaining hours across other weekdays
  • Previous receptionist or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented, approachable, and confident
  • Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
