Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a new opportunity within a well-established automotive dealership?

A reputable family-run dealership in Cambridge is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent chance to work with award-winning brands in a friendly and supportive environment, with a Monday to Friday working week and long-term career prospects.

Duties:
  • Providing excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients
  • Managing parts stock and inventory to ensure availability
  • Assisting technicians and service team with parts enquiries
  • Processing orders efficiently and accurately
  • Maintaining parts department standards and stock control
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry
  • Strong organisational and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
  • Professional and friendly manner with a good work ethic
  • Ability to work well within a team and handle multiple tasks
