Key Responsibilities for this Telesales Executive:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering a first-class customer experience.
- Dealy with inbound and website queries for the rental arm of a successful business.
- Maximise sales to maximise your commission.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively promote vehicles and services.
- Consistently work towards and exceed telesales targets.
- Telesales experience in any industry.
- Confident communicator with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- High attention to detail and accurate when dealing with rental products.
- Motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic salary of £25,000 per annum.
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £35,000+
