Duties:
  • Engage with walk-in customers, internet enquiries, and renewal business to build rapport and identify their needs
  • Present vehicles confidently using extensive product knowledge to encourage test drives
  • Manage the complete sales process including negotiations, part-exchange valuations, and finance options within FCA guidelines
  • Coordinate with the management team to ensure vehicle availability and delivery timescales
  • Personally hand over vehicles, introduce customers to aftersales teams, and follow up post-sale to maintain relationships
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through daily prospecting and database management
  • Achieve minimum monthly sales targets of 13 units or more
Requirements:
  • Proven success in a sales environment, preferably within automotive or retail sectors
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong team player who contributes to a positive work atmosphere
  • Motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn new skills
  • Stable employment history with a professional attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
