- Repair or replace damaged vehicle body panels in line with manufacturer specifications
- Dismantle and reassemble vehicle structures, chassis and framework efficiently and safely
- Use appropriate tools, jigs and fixtures to ensure precise repairs according to safety standards
- Attend continuous training on the latest repair techniques and technologies
- Maintain high quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction with every repair
- Keep the workshop and tools clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively regarding progress and additional work needed
- Support junior team members where appropriate and promote a positive working environment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Vehicle Panel Repair and Replacement
- Knowledge of welding, jigging, and structural repair techniques
- Familiarity with modern repair technologies including aluminium and high-strength steel
- Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of health and safety regulations, COSHH, and workshop protocols
- Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented
- Ideally holds IMI Accreditation in Panel Beating, with willingness to continue professional development
