- Perform MOT testing and ensure vehicles meet required safety and emissions standards
- Carry out routine maintenance including brake work, engine repairs, and component replacements
- Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify faults efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure outstanding customer service
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe workshop environment
- Qualified to Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with at least 4 years in a busy workshop environment
- MOT Tester certification is essential
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to detect faults accurately
- Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
- Excellent team player with good communication skills
