Duties

Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs and servicing to manufacturer standards
Assist in troubleshooting vehicle faults and implementing effective solutions
Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and to a high-quality standard
Maintain accurate service records and adhere to health and safety procedures
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and professionally
Support colleagues within the workshop to meet team targets
Keep up to date with manufacturer training and technical developments
Support MOT testing (if qualified) and other workshop operations as required

Candidate's profile

Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with relevant IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications
Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician in a busy dealership environment
Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach
Team player with a proactive attitude towards training and development
MOT Tester qualification is desirable but not essential
Commitment to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
