Duties as a Vehicle Technician will include:
  • Conduct vehicle servicing and repairs ensuring work is completed to the highest standards
  • Perform fast fit tyre fitting and utilise alignment equipment to make accurate adjustments
  • Fit brakes, exhausts, batteries, suspension components, and other mechanical parts
  • Carry out MOT repairs in accordance with legal and company standards
  • Use diagnostic equipment to identify issues and perform thorough testing and repairs
  • Advise customers on common vehicle issues and future maintenance needs
  • Maintain safety standards and adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements that the Vehicle Technician will need:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in the automotive industry
  • Experience with mechanical repairs, including tyres, brakes, exhausts, suspension, and general servicing
  • Comfortable working with diagnostic equipment and vehicle inspection tools
  • Proven ability to work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence
