  • Volume Main Dealer
  • Basic salary of up to £27k DOE, OTE up to £30k
  • Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota
Are you an experienced customer service professional with a passion for the automotive industry? Our client, a reputable main dealer located in Truro, Cornwall, is currently seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their busy and professional Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a well-established dealership offering competitive pay and long-term progression prospects.

  • Competitive basic salary up to £27,000 dependent on experience
  • On target earnings in excess of £30,000
  • Working hours Monday to Friday with a 1 in 4 Saturday rota

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Advising customers on technical queries and vehicle repairs
  • Booking vehicles into the service department and organising work schedules
  • Updating customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs
  • Selling additional repairs, parts, or services to meet customer needs
  • Finalising invoices and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent service in a busy environment
Requireents of the Service Advisor:
  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Commercial Service Advisor within a dealership setting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently
  • Professional attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Full driving licence
