Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to join a well-respected automotive group in Preston?

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to become a key part of our client’s dedicated aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and professional environment, where delivering outstanding customer service is a priority. The ideal individual will bring a customer-focused approach and previous experience in a similar position to ensure smooth operations and high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Up to £30,000 basic salary with achievable bonus potential, £37,000 OTE

Duties of the Senior Service Advisor:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service customers, managing their bookings and queries professionally
  • Offer expert advice on vehicle repairs and maintenance requirements
  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Coordinate with workshop teams for efficient scheduling and job completion
  • Accurately process invoices and payments
  • Promote additional services and products when appropriate to enhance customer experience
Requirements of the Senior Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service
  • Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems is desirable
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred
