A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead HGV Trailer Technician to join a busy and professional commercial vehicle workshop in Rugby. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who enjoys working on the tools while supporting the wider workshop team and maintaining high standards.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Carrying out trailer inspections, servicing, maintenance, and repairs
  • Supporting the workshop team with diagnostics and technical guidance
  • Leading by example to maintain productivity and quality standards
  • Overseeing day-to-day workflow within the bay
  • Ensuring vehicles are maintained safely and efficiently
What we’re looking for:
  • Mechanical experience working on trailers, HGVs, or similar vehicles
  • Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
  • A positive and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to support and motivate other technicians within the workshop
