Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for a new opportunity? Our client is currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their friendly team in the area between Reading and Basingstoke. - Independent Family Run Garage Environment - Variety Of Vehicles
- Mixture Of Servicing, Diagnostics, MOT Work
- Full Level 3 Qualifications Required & MOT License Advantageous
- Willing To Put Technicians Through MOT License
- Carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance to a high standard
- Perform diagnostics, engine work, cambelt replacements, and other general repairs
- Undertake MOT testing and assist with technical inspections
- Ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently and safely, adhering to company standards
- Keep accurate records of work carried out and parts used
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with dealership or independent garage background
- MOT testing and qualification is highly desirable; candidates without MOT testing can be considered with a salary adjustment and training support
- Knowledge of diagnostics, engine repairs, and routine servicing
- Electric vehicle training or experience would be a plus, but not essential
- Friendly manner with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
