  • Location: Ilkeston
  • Salary: Up to £46,000 basic (DOE) + Bonus (OTE £52,000+)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a busy and well-established bodyshop in Ilkeston.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Damage Assessor will include:
  • Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair requirements
  • Produce accurate repair estimates using industry systems
  • Identify correct repair methods in line with manufacturer guidelines
  • Liaise with insurers to gain repair authorisation
  • Communicate repair plans with technicians and workshop staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation and job records
Requirements that the Vehicle Damage Assessor will need:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator
  • ATA / IMI qualification (preferred)
  • Audatex experience (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of bodyshop repair methods and processes
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
