We are currently recruiting for a highly reputable dealership looking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Bodyshop Manager to lead their busy bodyshop team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage daily operations, optimise workshop performance, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of up to £60,000 with an on target earnings of £78,000
  • Monday to Friday working hours, 7:00AM to 5:00PM

Duties:
  • Oversee the daily running of the bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity
  • Manage and mentor workshop control staff and technicians, fostering a high-performance team
  • Liaise with insurance companies, customers, and suppliers to coordinate repairs and ensure smooth communication
  • Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise workshop profitability
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to within the workshop
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or Workshop Controller within a busy automotive environment
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, insurance companies, and team members
  • A good understanding of body repair processes and workshop management systems
  • Full UK driving licence
