Our client is a Multi-Site Dealership group with a larger presence within Hampshire and the Southwest covering over 50 sites and over 20 well established automotive brands, ranging from the strong volume performers to Prestige, Niche & High-End Vehicle, they undertake a variety of repairs, such as diamond cut and alloy wheel refurbishment, smart repairs, paint spraying and panel beating services.

As a Vehicle MET Technician, you will be responsible for Stripping, preparing vehicles for paint and panel work, and re-fitting vehicle parts & components to a high standard, ensuring that all work is completed within the specified timeframe. You will be working alongside other experienced professionals, and therefore, the ideal MET Technician must be a team player and able to work efficiently and effectively.

- Dismantling and reassembling accident-damaged vehicles
- Repair and replace the panels of accident-damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers specifications aiming to go above and beyond for customers at all times.
- Work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair
- Be capable of working under your own initiative as well as being flexible according to the needs of your team
- Proven experience in vehicle MET, Stripping & Fitting
- ATA, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications are highly advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work to high standards.
- Experience in a similar environment would be advantageous.
