- Managing and developing a multi-channel sales strategy to grow both UK and international markets
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with Weber Dealers, specialist garages, retail clients, automotive OEMs and aftermarket specialists
- Overseeing promotional activities including trade shows, web marketing, publicity materials and social media efforts
- Analysing sales data to forecast demand and plan stock levels to meet customer needs
- Leading a small team of departmental staff and providing strategic direction for sales and marketing teams
- Handling key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and technical support
- Managing supply chain relationships, especially with the Weber factory in Madrid, Spain, for stock replenishment and order planning
- Identifying new markets, potential suppliers and product development opportunities such as vintage and classic vehicle parts
- Industry experience in a similar role within the automotive parts or aftermarket industry, preferably with a focus on carburettors or classic vehicles
- Proven sales and marketing acumen, with experience in multi-channel or export markets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
- IT literate, especially with web sales channels, demand data analysis, and CRM systems
- Knowledge of quality assurance and warranty processes from both supplier and customer perspectives
- Degree or A Level education required
- A strategic thinker with a proactive attitude and team leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, office-based environment with occasional travel
