Join our client’s team as a Parts Advisor in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. Key duties of the Parts Advisor include:
  • Managing internal and external parts enquiries efficiently
  • Receiving and dispatching parts in a timely and professional manner
  • Sourcing and pricing high-value parts for luxury and performance vehicles
  • Assisting with stock management and inventory control
  • Utilising specialised computer programs for parts administration
  • Collaborating with both Sales and Service departments
  • Supporting import and export procedures for parts as required
Requirements for the Parts Advisor position:
  • Proven experience in a Parts Advisor role or similar
  • Fully IT literate with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Positive, proactive, and helpful attitude
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Punctual, flexible, and well-presented
