Diagnostic Technician Required in Worcester
  • Salary: Up to £42,000
  • OTE: Up to £48,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Master Vehicle Technician to join a well-established and modern dealership in Worcester. This Diagnostic Vehicle Technician role would suit a highly skilled technician looking to work within a professional workshop environment, with access to industry-leading training, strong earning potential, and genuine career progression opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Carrying out advanced diagnostics, repairs and servicing to a high standard
  • Identifying additional faults and advising on repair solutions
  • Supporting the Service Manager and workshop team
  • Coaching and mentoring other technicians within the workshop
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with manufacturer standards
  • Delivering excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction throughout
What we’re looking for:
  • Qualified Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician experience
  • Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is essential
  • Previous experience within a franchised dealership environment
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
  • Full UK Driving Licence
