Duties of the Paint Sprayer:
  • Prepare vehicles meticulously, including priming, masking, and sanding to ensure superior finishes
  • Mix and colour match automotive paints with precision to achieve perfect reapplication
  • Apply paints and finishes using appropriate techniques to high standards and within deadlines
  • Inspect completed work, polish, and rectify minor imperfections as required
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and uphold high standards of workmanship
Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Painter in an automotive repair environment, ideally with at least 3 years of relevant work
  • Extensive knowledge of automotive paints, finishes, and preparation processes
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
  • A collaborative team player with a professional attitude and work ethic
  • Capable of working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks effectively
