- Inspect completed work, polish, and rectify minor imperfections as required
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety, quality, and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and uphold high standards of workmanship
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Painter in an automotive repair environment, ideally with at least 3 years of relevant work
- Extensive knowledge of automotive paints, finishes, and preparation processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
- A collaborative team player with a professional attitude and work ethic
- Capable of working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks effectively
