Pay: £32 - £34k Basic + Overtime for Saturdays worked
Hours: 7.30 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday - 45 hours per week + 1 in 4 Saturdays paid at x1.50 overtime

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to take the next step in your automotive career? We are currently recruiting for a professional and dedicated Service Advisor to join a reputable vehicle dealership in Aldershot. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team where your expertise will be appreciated and rewarded.

Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary of £34,000 plus overtime
  • Opportunity to earn an OTE of around £36,000
  • Working hours from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 45-hour workweek
  • Paid overtime for Saturday shifts at 1.5 times the standard rate on a suggested 1 in 4 Saturdays
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties

  • Providing exceptional customer service as the main point of contact for service clients
  • Booking in vehicles and managing service scheduling efficiently
  • Advising customers on necessary repairs and services, ensuring transparency and trust
  • Liaising with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work
  • Upselling additional services where appropriate and boosting customer retention
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with the dealership’s standards
Candidate spec

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a busy workshop or dealership environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience with Kerridge or similar dealership management systems is desirable but not essential
