Pay: £38,000 - £40,000 Basic DOE + £5,000 uncapped productivity bonus
Hours: 8 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday ONLY!
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a reputable car garage in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to further their career within the motor trade. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the workshop’s efficiency.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
- £5,000 - £7,000 extra per year as productivity bonuses

- Working hours from 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday with no weekends

- Carry out vehicle servicing, including oil, filters, brakes, and suspension
- Complete clutch replacements and other mechanical repairs
- Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and safety regulations
- Maintain detailed repair records and communicate findings to colleagues and customers
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role within a busy workshop environment
- Ability to work on clutches, brakes, suspension and oil service
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Full valid UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
