  • Hours: 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. Optional ad hoc Saturday mornings are required, subject to business demand.

Our client, a luxury multi-franchise-approved car dealership based in North Bristol, is currently looking to recruit an Aftersales Manager to join their business.
 
Reporting to the General Manager and responsible for a medium-to-large aftersales team, as an Aftersales Manager, you will be a proactive member of our client's management team with responsibility for running an efficient and professional aftersales operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities, full compliance with brand and regulatory standards, and the efficient sale of labour and vehicle parts/accessories.

The successful individual will live within a reasonable commuting distance of North Bristol and have strong demonstrable experience working as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a medium-to-large franchise-approved car dealership. Given the nature of the vehicles our client represents, previous experience working with premium/luxury vehicles is essential alongside a passion for delivering a luxury brand experience.

Experience working with multiple aftersales brands under one roof would also be desirable. Overall, you will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation. You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and operational control, and will need to be IT literate and have a UK driving license with minimal points.
