Duties:
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, social media, digital advertising, and engagement initiatives
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and channels
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and optimise marketing efforts
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance the customer journey from initial contact through to after-sales support
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team to foster high performance and teamwork
  • Oversee third-party agencies and manage the marketing budget to maximise return on investment
Candidate spec:
  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within a similar industry
  • Strong strategic planning skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and budgets
