- Significant experience in senior sales management within the motor trade, ideally over five years
- Proven track record as a General Sales Manager or General Manager in a franchised dealership
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of automotive retail processes and customer satisfaction
