- Carrying out mechanical repairs, suspension work, and vehicle assessments to the highest standards
- Diagnosing and repairing issues related to vehicle suspension, steering geometry, and alignment
- Working with plastic repairs, glazing, air conditioning system evacuation and recharge
- Conducting vehicle inspections to identify additional damage and ensure quality refit in partnership with repair consultants
- Using relevant mechanical and suspension qualifications to deliver precise and efficient repairs
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout every job
- Proven experience as a MET Technician or Auto Electrician within the motor trade
- Working knowledge of vehicle mechanical and suspension repairs
- Relevant mechanical and suspension qualifications, ideally ATA MET accreditation
- LCV experience is desirable
- Knowledge of steering geometry alignment and adjustment techniques
- Experience working with plastic repairs, glazing, and air conditioning recharges
- Strong attention to detail and a committed team player
