Are you a driven and experienced automotive sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Car Sales Manager to join the team in Watford, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated sales team within a reputable dealership and to increase your earnings through a rewarding bonus structure.

Duties:

  • Managing and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed targets
  • Handling high-quality customer leads and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Driving sales process and ensuring compliance with dealership standards
  • Supporting the team in achieving individual and team goals
  • Building lasting relationships with customers to promote repeat business
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and industry awareness
Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or Sales Manager within the motor trade
  • Ideally 5 to 6 years experience as a Business Manager or equivalent role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A proactive approach to sales and customer service
  • Ready to step into a more senior managerial role in a dynamic environment
